All sessions involve breathwork and cold exposure.

Health and suitability
You must ensure that you are medically fit to participate.
If you have any medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory issues, or any other concerns, you should seek medical advice before attending.
You must inform us of any relevant health conditions before participating.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may not be safe.
Assumption of risk
Breathwork and cold exposure involve physical and mental challenges.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks.
You agree that you take part at your own risk.
Safety
All sessions are delivered in a structured and controlled environment.
You must follow all safety instructions given by the instructor at all times.
Failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the session.
Bookings and cancellations
For paid sessions or workshops:
